By using Lumoras AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

Lumoras AI provides vertical agentic orchestration solutions tailored for industry-specific needs, including but not limited to real estate, enterprise business, and specialized industrial verticals. Our services may include context-aware data ingestion, human-in-the-loop validation, and cross-protocol reasoning.

You agree to use Lumoras AI responsibly and lawfully.

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or using our services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Do not use Lumoras AI for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

If you used a third-party login provider, social sign-in, or connected integration with Lumoras AI, you may request deletion of third-party account data associated with your Lumoras AI account.

You can revoke Lumoras AI access from the third-party provider by opening that provider's account settings, finding connected apps, websites, integrations, or permissions, selecting Lumoras AI, and choosing the remove, disconnect, or revoke option.

To request deletion of third-party account data stored by Lumoras AI, email [email protected] with the subject line “Third-Party Data Deletion” and include the email address used for your Lumoras AI account, your name, and the relevant third-party account or app-scoped user ID if available.

After we receive your request, we will delete or anonymize third-party profile data, identifiers, access tokens, and integration records associated with your account, except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or accounting obligations. We will confirm the status of your request by email.

All content, trademarks, and technology on Lumoras AI are the property of Lumoras AI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

Lumoras AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumoras AI disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Lumoras AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
