Terms of use

The rules for using lumoras.ai. They're short: use the site lawfully, don't abuse it, and read the articles as general information.

Accepting these terms

lumoras.ai is run by Lumoras LLC ("Lumoras", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

You must be at least 18 to request a demo. If you use the site for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

What the site is

lumoras.ai describes our AI receptionist, AI voice agents and point of sale, publishes insights, knowledge base guides and help center articles, and lets you request a demo. The site itself has no accounts and sells nothing. Lumoras Growth, our search and AI-answer marketing service, is a separate product with a paid subscription, described below.

Using a Lumoras product is covered by that product's own terms or by a separate agreement with us, not by these terms:

Lumoras Growth subscriptions, free trials and cancellation

Lumoras Growth is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription at growth.lumoras.ai. The plan, its price and what it includes are shown when you choose it. These are the terms of that subscription, in plain words:

  • Free trial. A monthly subscription starts with a 14-day free trial (a promotion code may set a different length). Each workspace gets one free trial. Yearly subscriptions have no trial.
  • A card is required, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. We ask for a payment card to start the trial. You are not charged until the trial ends; the date and the amount are shown before you subscribe and in the email we send when the trial starts. We email you again a few days before the first charge.
  • Automatic renewal. After the trial, and every month (or year) after that, the subscription renews and the card is charged the price of your plan until you cancel.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Billing in the app. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Cancel after and the subscription stops at the end of the period you have paid for, with nothing more charged; you keep the plan until then. Articles already published stay on your site.
  • Changing plan. You can move to a larger or smaller plan from Billing. A move during the trial does not change the trial or charge anything. After the trial, the difference for the rest of the period is charged or credited by our payment provider.
  • Allowances. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of work (credits, articles and monitored questions). An unused allowance does not carry over to the next month.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails we retry it for a time. If it still cannot be taken, the subscription may be ended and paid work stops.
  • Tax. Prices do not include sales tax or VAT where it applies; any that applies is added at checkout.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information when you request a demo.
  • Follow all laws that apply to you.
  • Don't use the site for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
  • Don't attack, overload or try to break into the site, and don't send automated or spam form submissions.

Articles, guides and answers on lumoras.ai are general information, not legal, financial or other professional advice. Sample calls, conversations and figures are illustrative. Features, prices and availability can change, and nothing on the site is an offer to sell.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect on this site, including the demo request form and Google Analytics, and how we use it.

Intellectual property

The content, names, logos and technology on lumoras.ai, including Lumoras, Sonorch, SeasonX and KitchenSpot, belong to Lumoras LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the site without our written consent.

The site links to our product sites and to other websites. Each has its own terms, and we aren't responsible for sites we don't run.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

lumoras.ai is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Lumoras LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change this page and the "Last updated" date above. Using the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
