Find calls and read transcripts from the AI
Search every call the AI receptionist answered, read the transcript, see what it booked, and review or remove what it remembers about each caller.

Every call the AI receptionist answers is saved in the Calls list of your dashboard, with a transcript and a short summary of what happened. You can search by phone number or by words said on the call. This is the fastest way to check what the receptionist told a customer.
What this does
The call log shows who called, when, how long the call lasted and the outcome, such as a booking, an order or a transfer. Opening a call shows the full conversation, with the caller and the receptionist on either side. Returning callers are recognized by their phone number, so their calls link to their customer record.
Find a call
- Open the dashboard and go to Calls.
- Search by the caller's phone number, or by a word from the conversation, such as a service name.
- Narrow the list by date range or by outcome.
- Open a call to see the summary and the full transcript.
- If a booking was made, follow the link to it on your calendar.
Review what the receptionist remembers
The receptionist can keep short notes about a caller from past calls, such as a preferred stylist or a regular table. It uses these as background and confirms them with the caller.
- Open the caller's customer record, or the call itself.
- Review the saved notes.
- Delete any note that is wrong or that the customer has asked you to remove.
Follow up with callers who did not book
In Sonorch, callers who did not book can get a follow-up. The AI drafts a win-back text, and you approve it before anything is sent. Review drafts from the dashboard, edit the wording if needed, then approve or discard.
Check that it worked
- Make a test call and confirm it appears at the top of Calls.
- Open it and check the transcript matches what you said.
- Search for a word you used on the call. The test call should come up.
Troubleshooting
- A call is missing. The call may not have reached the receptionist. Check your forwarding and your answering hours.
- A transcript looks short. Very brief calls or hang-ups can produce only a line or two.
- A regular was not recognized. The number they called from may differ from the one on their record. Add the second number to their profile.
- You need older calls. Call records are kept for a set retention period. Ask your onboarding contact if you need a different one.
