Plans and billing for Lumoras products

Where to find pricing for Sonorch, SeasonX, Lumoras POS and Lumoras Voice, what the free tier covers, and how to change or cancel a monthly plan.

Applies to
  • Sonorch
  • SeasonX
  • Lumoras POS
  • Lumoras Voice

Each Lumoras product has its own plans. Sonorch publishes its prices, SeasonX lists its prices on its own site, and Lumoras POS and Lumoras Voice are quoted for your business after a demo. This article shows where to look and how plan changes work.

What this does

Your plan decides which features are switched on for your business, such as card payments or the AI receptionist. Billing is handled per business account, so a change you make applies to every device signed in to that account.

Find your pricing

  1. Sonorch (salons and spas). A free tier runs the register for cash and gift cards, with no staff limit and no time limit. POS plans start at $99 a month and carry unlimited staff, so hiring never changes your bill; $199 a month adds marketing, review replies and unlimited texts. The AI receptionist can also be bought on its own, by the minute. Plans run month to month, setup is included on a POS plan, and prices are on the Sonorch pricing page.
  2. SeasonX (restaurants). Current plans and prices are on the SeasonX pricing page.
  3. Lumoras POS and Lumoras Voice (other service businesses). Pricing depends on your team size, locations and whether you want voice from day one. Book a demo for a quote.
  4. Lumoras Voice for retail, and enterprise plans. Retail order support and multi-location rollouts are scoped with you, including which of your order and shipping systems the agent connects to. Start with a demo.

Change or cancel a plan

  1. Sign in to your account in a web browser.
  2. Open Settings, then the billing or plan section.
  3. Choose the new plan and confirm.
  4. To cancel, choose the cancel option in the same place. Month-to-month plans have no contract to buy out.

Moving up a plan usually switches on the new features right away. If you move down, features from the higher plan, such as card payments, may stop working on the free tier.

Check that it worked

  • The plan name in Settings shows the plan you chose.
  • Features from the new plan, such as card payments, appear on your devices after you sign out and back in.
  • Your next invoice reflects the change.

Troubleshooting

  • The plan option is missing in the app. Some plan changes can only be made in a web browser. Sign in there instead.
  • A feature did not switch on. Sign out of the POS and back in so the device picks up your new plan.
  • You run several locations. Multi-location and enterprise billing is set up with your onboarding team.
